Maria Beatriz Pennacchi Dellore atua como Conselheira Regional de Propriedade Intelectual para o Mercosul, Guiana Francesa, Guiana e Suriname no U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), estando lotada no Consulado Geral dos Estados Unidos no Rio de Janeiro. Anteriormente, Maria Beatriz prestou serviços para a Comissão de Propriedade Intelectual e Direito da Concorrência da Câmara de Comércio Internacional em Paris, França. Também trabalhou em renomados escritórios de advocacia no Brasil e Estados Unidos, onde se especializou em direito marcário. Ela atua como Especialista da Câmara de Nomes de Domínio e Árbitra da Câmara de Arbitragem, ambas do Centro de Solução de Disputas em Propriedade Intelectual da Associação Brasileira de Propriedade Intelectual. Maria Beatriz é bacharel em Direito pela Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie de São Paulo, e Mestre em Direito da Propriedade Intelectual pela Faculdade de Direito da George Washington University – em Washington D.C., Estados Unidos.
Maria Beatriz Dellore is the Regional Intellectual Property Advisor for Mercosur, French Guiana, Guyana and Suriname at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, based out of the U.S. Consulate General in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Ms. Dellore previously worked at the International Chamber of Commerce’s Intellectual Property and Competition Law Commission in Paris, France, as well as a number of prestigious law firms in Brazil and the U.S., where she focused her practice on trademark law matters. She acts as Specialist of the Domain Names Chamber, and Arbitrator of the Chamber of Arbitrage, both of the Intellectual Property Dispute Resolution Center of the Brazilian Association of Intellectual Property. Ms. Dellore holds a law degree (JD) from the Mackenzie Presbyterian University of São Paulo, and a Masters in Law (LLM) degree in Intellectual Property Law from George Washington University Law School.
